GENERAL INFORMATION
Start of the Day
We are happy for parents to drop off their children from 8.40 in the morning when the school
gates open. Children are able to come into school from that time and prepare themselves for
the school day which starts at 8.50am. All children should be in their classroom by then, ready
for registration.
Illness at School
Should a child become ill at school we attempt to contact the parents immediately. We do have
a welfare teaching assistant who is well aware of individual problems and personalities. She is
also a qualified First Aider. However, we have no room with facilities in which we can care for a
sick child and parents will be telephoned immediately and requested to collect their child.
