With an emphasis on personal fulfilment, we encourage all students
to make an impact on the life of both the school and the wider
community. Opportunities are provided for students to join the
School Council, act as peer mentors, become School Ambassadors
and to take part in community projects.
Clear communication with parents is considered essential.
Throughout the year, staff and parents work in partnership to create
fulfilled, supported and challenged students. Regular monitoring of
progress, Parents’ Evenings and community events ensure that you are
fully involved in the education of your child.
Highly effective pastoral systems provide the support and guidance
necessary to develop healthy, happy students with a strong sense of their
own self-worth. A comprehensive rewards system recognises commitment,
effort and achievement, helping to develop every student’s self-motivation.
Much emphasis is placed on the traditional values of courtesy to each other
and respect for oneself and others. All members of the school community
follow the school code of conduct.
