CURRICULUM STATEMENT Throughout the two years you will complete 6 modules: • Module 1: Practical Skills in Chemistry • Module 2: Foundations in Chemistry • Module 3: The Periodic Table and Energy • Module 4: Core Organic Chemistry • Module 5: Physical Chemistry and Transition Elements • Module 6: Organic Chemistry and Analysis Assessment consists of three exam papers • Periodic table, elements and physical chemistry • Synthesis and analytical techniques • Unified chemistry There is also a practical endorsement associated to the course. COURSE CONTENT Students need to have achieved a minimum of 6 grades 5-9 incl. English and Maths and a minimum grade 6 in the chosen science. ENTRY CRITERIA
