03 Raising Aspirations At CCHS, we are committed to ensuring that our young people feel safe and secure. Students are encouraged to talk and are always listened to, what they have to say is very important and they are supported by a dedicated team of pastoral staff. We aim to develop our students’ resilience, to support them to make positive and lasting friendships, and instil confidence and a willingness to take responsibility. We believe that our students have an entitlement to a first class education, providing them with the opportunities they need to become successful individuals and responsible citizens. In return we expect them to work hard, respect and value others. What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.
