We are always delighted when the majority of students from The Nottingham
Bluecoat School choose to stay on into our 6th Form and, equally, when we are able
to welcome students from other schools who join us after their GCSEs. But more
exciting still is seeing the same students leaving us, going on to take up
opportunities at university or in apprenticeships, employment or a gap year.
We hope our 6th Form students enjoy and take advantage of the wonderful
opportunities they are offered – joining a residential trip in this country or abroad,
supporting younger children lower down the school, taking up a new activity as
part of our enrichment programme. But we also hope they can’t wait to leave, well
prepared to embark on whichever pathway they choose.
